Andrew Greess: Andrew Greess of qspray.com. We resource for you Birchmeier backpack sprayers, replacement parts, and repair kits. What I'd like to talk with you today about is, the concept of emergency repair kits.
You spend a lot of money for your Birchmeier, you spend a lot of time and effort getting your customers, you don't want downtime to prevent you from servicing your customer, and bringing that revenue in.
We recommend keeping the most important parts on hand so that if you do have a problem, you can service it quickly and efficiently, and not inconvenient the customer, and not lose business. Some of the things we recommend keeping on hand would be certainly, the gasket set, a check valve that goes in the pump cylinder, perhaps a lip gasket that goes in here.
What I'd suggest is look at your equipment, look at the parts that fail on your backpack, or that wear out in your backpack, and make sure to keep those in stock, so you have them when you need them. We don't recommend spending money unnecessarily, but the downtime is going to cost you a hell of a lot more than these parts are going to cost you.
You're going to need them anyway. Keep them on hand, so you have them when you need them. Make sure your servicing your customers appropriately. Thanks for watching. Please visit us at, www.qspray.com
