Pest Control Sales – Follow Up Is Critical

I normally write about pest control sprayers and weed spray rigs with the goal of helping spray professionals become more productive. This information is not related to spray equipment, but I these sales tips will be valuable sales to spray professionals trying to build their business.

Follow Up:

48% of people never follow-up with a prospect

25% make a second contact and stop

12% make a third contact and stop

10% make more than three contacts

Sales:

2% of sales are made on the first contact

3% of sales are made on the second contact

5% of sales are made on the third contact

10% of sales are made on the fourth contact

80% of sales are made on the 5th to 12th contact
