Most Effective Termite Tools - Termite Carpet & Tile Punch
Posted by Andrew Greess on Sep 28, 2016
Some termites prefer dark, cool subterranean life which makes them difficult to get pesticide directly where they are living. Customers aren't especially keen on having their carpets or linoleum torn up just to get some termite spray down where they live, no matter how much they want the pests gone.
At QSpray.com we carry a variety of termite equipment, parts and accessories that you might find useful. One simple but effective tool is the Termite Tile & Carpet Punch It comes in a few sizes from 3/8" up to 1 inch. Simple to use, take out the punch set it down where you want the hole. Give it a good solid whack with a hammer and out comes a small piece of carpet or tile in whatever size needed to fit your drill bit. The technician can now fill the hole with pesticide to get direct access to where the termites are. When finished simply push back in the small punched out carpet or tile piece and the client won't have to see the access point. For this is and other useful termite control equipment and accessories visit QSpray.com.

Andrew Greess: Hi, this is Andrew Greess at QSpray.com. We have a huge variety of termite control equipment, parts, and accessories.
One of the things I want to talk about today is the termite tile and carpet punch. This is a great tool. It's low‑tech, but it works great.
If you're having to drill inside a house and there's carpet or linoleum tile that for some reason you can't take out, you can take the tile punch and set it down and whack it good and hard with a hammer, and a small circle the size of your drill bit will come up. You do your drilling. You fill the hole, and you put the circle of carpet or tile right back in. Your customer will never see it.
We have these tile punches in a variety of sizes, I believe from 3/8" all the way up to 1". It can really help create a professional job and a professional image for your termite company. We have them at QSpray.com. It's the termite tile and carpet punch.
Thanks so much for watching. Have a great day.
