What I want to talk today about is the repair kit for the Birchmeier spray valve. This brass spray gun right here is the Birchmeier spray valve, and this is the repair kit to repair that valve.

We recommend you do this about once a year. This kit contains a number of important items. It contains the strainer, or filter, that goes in the handle. It contains the steel valve that shuts the flow of material off and on. It contains the packing that helps the valve shut off the flow. It contains all the O‑rings and gaskets that go in this valve.

Recommend, as I mentioned, once a year, change it out. Some people might get 8 months, some people might get 12 or 16 months. But you want to keep an eye on it, and once it starts to leak, or even before it starts to leak, get the Birchmeier valve repair kit so you don't have chemical all over your hands and all over the customer's house.
